Since these are “real-time and might expire,” I keep a single PDF packet with license verification, CPR, CE log, and HIPAA training ready to drop in — it’s gotten me same-day callbacks for remote teledentistry chart-audit gigs. Small caveat on the huge bonuses: they’re often production-based, so I ask for the baseline and whether it’s W-2 or 1099 before saying yes.

I put the official NYSED verification link in my resume header so managers can confirm my LVT in one click (Online Registration Renewal | Office of the Professions). It’s gotten me same-day callbacks for ER/lead posts, but a few ATS strip links so I also spell the URL out.

I lead with “overnights OK, Cornerstone/IDEXX, lead-ready” up top — more replies; for remote, note home setup. @OP.

I’ve had better luck on NYC lead posts by opening my cover note with a short line like ‘trained 6 techs, ran ER triage, ezyVet + Instinct,’ and linking a one-page case log — these close so fast it’s when they vanish by lunch. For the verified remote roles, I add a 20-sec note on internet speed and camera; if you don’t use Instinct, swap in Avimark — managers care more about leading triage than the platform. @OP any other legit remote sources besides portals?
