That’s the scoop for this week. Stay sharp and keep an eye out for those roles that match your skills and career goals. Remember, the perfect opportunity might be just one application away.

I always ask when the “sign-on bonus” vests and whether there’s a clawback — my last clinic split $3k over 3, 6, and 12 months tied to weekend coverage. If they won’t put the schedule in the offer, I assume it’s baked into base and negotiate a dollar or two more instead.

Those “real-time” postings vanish fast — — so I keep a ready packet (LVT license, rabies titer, CE log) and fire it off within the hour, then call to confirm they received it. For the Brewster sign-on, I’d also ask if OT counts toward any hours requirement and if weekend/ER shifts are weighted; remote roles can be trickier with multi‑state credential rules. Anyone know if Brewster’s bonus is paid upfront or split?

For ‘remote’ roles ask about an equipment stipend — some clinics won’t provide laptops.
