We switched to QR labels (Zebra ZD410) that encode lot#, cassette count, and time-in; techs scan to a Google Sheet at grossing and pre-ship, and a $25 Elitech RC-5 logger rides with fresh tissues — no more chicken-scratch. @sophieM56 your TTI note tracks; for fixed we just record “pour date + lot” and skip temp unless it’s a massive specimen — mind sharing the template?
