I manage diets for 11 dairies (about 18k cows) using CNCPS/AMTS and NIR-driven ingredient specs, and I’m eager to translate that nutritional analysis and planning into job requirements, titles, and salary bands on the CPG side.

One thing that helped me was turning a real silage swing into a CPG-style “design history” page — targets/tolerances, supplier COA checks, corrective actions — and tying it to AAFCO profile compliance plus a short claims brief so spec-setting and risk control pop on review. I’m with @lucy_m88, but for smaller brands I’d also call out co-man/extrusion constraints over long trials — have you worked with extruders or co-mans yet?
