When the horses decide to play hide and seek

I had a case where I was trying to track down a very mischievous pony who thought it would be hilarious to bolt into the woods during his exam. After 30 minutes of searching, I finally found him, munching on a patch of clover like he was on vacation! I can’t help but laugh at how they always keep us on our toes in the clinic. Anyone else have similar experiences?

I totally get that! Just last week, I had to crawl under a bush to catch a cat that was convinced it was a ninja. One thing I’ve learned is that carrying a handful of treats can work wonders; they usually can’t resist a snack when you rattle the bag.
